Health is wealth and it signifcantly affects one's quality of life. It sure takes some work to be healthy but in the long run it pays huge dividends. Typically, people who are healthier will live longer and happier lives. Do you think you can do a little bit more when it comes to your personal health and well being? Maybe you want to get little stronger, maybe little leaner, how about more agile, or able to make better food choices?

My goal as an online coach is to teach you healthy BALANCE. I'm not here to judge, create more stress, and come up with some crazy diets and absurd rules. Not at all. I don't do it myself. Why would I ask you to do it? But what I do day in and day out is I practice healthy lifestyle. I'm here to teach you to love life regardless of the perfection or imperfection of your body or your habits. I'm here to make you feel awesome, and help you lead a long, productive, quality life. No matter how many flaws you have, no matter where are you coming from and where are you going, what matters is appreciating yourself the way you are and working on becoming a better version of you. And that could be anything. Better at lifting heavy objects, better at making healthier food choices, better at handling stress, better at loving your body, better at respecting your weaknesses, and better at appreciating your strenghts...

I'm a firm believer in basics. IT HAS TO BE SIMPLE. Training and nutrition HAVE to be sustainable and maintainable. It has to work with your lifestyle not against it. We are all different, we are all individuals, therefore training and nutrition has to be individualized as well. What works for Uncle Joe, might not work for you. Life changes, we change, we grow, we improve, therefore I'll be here for you to adjust training and nutrition program as necessary, so you're not left alone. It's a process. As a coach I will help you to be your best, not perfect (because it doesn't exist) but your BEST.  


Flexible - Since the sessions aren't done in-person, you can choose the best time to complete the workouts. Plus, the workouts could be done at home, outdoors, or while traveling. 

Convenient - You can access your training program at anytime and anywhere. You can watch videos right off your phone to make sure you're doing the exercise correctly.

Self-motivating - You can track your progress by entering weights, repetitions, and sets completed, and aim to do it better next session. Progressive overload overtime is the key if you want to see results. Now you can accurately manage your workload, achieve your personal records, or just be aware in general of what weight to use for what exercise. 

Cost effective  - Personal training/coaching is a luxury service. Online programs cost less per month than most hour-long in-person sessions.
